Revenue | What is our performance to goal number (dollar and percentage)? What is most profitable so we can double down?
Sales & Marketing | What worked well this quarter? Are we measuring the right leading indicator?
Client Service | In what specific ways did we show our appreciation? How many meaningful conversations have we had?
Team & Culture | How many 1x1s have I had with my direct reports? Who might be in the wrong seat?
