  1. Team & Culture | Who can you RECOGNIZE this week? This can be as simple as a thoughtful email or text referencing a recent, specific activity at work. Send the message now, please :)

  2. Partnerships | While you are in the groove, go one step further and THANK a client, vendor or partner. Remember to keep it recent and specific.

  3. Training | How can you stop being the walking training manual? What is ONE THING you can you get out of your head and onto paper so you can delegate?
